FLASH added Swiss wool insulation in both a warm 150g/m2 on the outside and a snug 120g/m2 on the inside. The result is that on cold days your hands are super warm, but as things hot up they are very breathable, wicking perspiration away before your hands get wet. The added benefit of wool insulation is that if in extreme conditions your gloves become wet then wool maintains its insulation properties unlike synthetics.
On top of this the new Flash Gear Ski gloves come with the most desirable features, adjustable cuffs single action, adjustable straps on the rear of the gloves, leather pull tabs up the cuffs and probably one of the most important features for top of the Ski range gloves built in elasticated anti loss straps, after all who wants to drop their new Ski gloves off the chair lift!

Q. How do I wash GORE-TEX® and D-Dry fabric garments?
It is very important that you do not let the dirt build up on fabric garments, which latter on may leak between the merge of the fabric and become very hard to get rid of. Flash Gear garments in fabric or with waterproof and breathable membranes such as D-Dry o GORE TEX should be washed in Luke warm water (max. 30°C) with softener free, unbiased soap, as an alternative of detergents containing solvents and abrasives, unless otherwise indicated on the garment's label.
At the time washing make sure you care for the outer fabric very delicately, excess rubbing may damage the fibers. It is rational to remove safety padding and protections, close zips and Velcro's (this avoids their rough effect on the fabric or the internal netting). The most important thing is remember to dry the garment in a dry place away from direct light and heat. Keep in mind to take great care with garments made of numerous different natures of materials. In this scenario, always and only go after the advice on the garment label: the indications must be firmly observed. All mechanical fabrics, including elasticized editions, must always be given a very fragile cleaning treatment. In particular high-tech fabrics with mechanical properties must be treated with softener free, neutral detergents. Softeners can considerably weaken the waterproof and oil-proof surface handling and even harm the resin coatings and multi-purpose membranes in Polyurethane and based on Polytetrafluoroethylene (i.e. PTFE – Teflon) usually applied on the backing of the fabric.
